So this is what my life is gonna be like for the remainder of the year, huh?
Me obsessing over the life and adventures of a teenage girl and worrying about whether or not she’ll end up with the hot guy or his goofy kid brother. =/
*sigh* Just another day in the life of a rabid fangirl, am I right fellas?
But seriously, this is the true revelation y'all.
That Legend of Korra is going to be one awesome ass season---I mean it’s barely the third episode and already the plot plunges us into the secret world of the series protagonist.
I mean with ATLA, we didn’t know about Ozai until like what? Book 2 or 3.
I mean seriously Legend of Korra is already epic and the sucky part is we only get to enjoy it once per week. Sp what Nick and Bryke are telling me is that I must wait and ENTIRE WEEK, A WHOLE 5 DAYS and survive in order to witness a new episode of Korra in all its plot twisting and extremely intriguing glory. Is that whatcha saying Bryke D: ?
To me, that is torture dude D:
But meh. Like I said, all the day for an Avatard right.
As for episode 3, I wouldn’t be a true fangirl if I didn’t have my own theory about how the episode was gonna unfold.
Here’s my thought:
- Episode starts with Korra visiting the brothers at their home in the probending stadium. It is this episode where I believe the story will introduce Pabu—Bolin’s loveable fire ferret. When I read Pabu’s bio, they said that he’s Bolin’s partner in crime on pulling practical jokes on poor Mako. What if Korra walks in on the duo pulling yet another trick on Mako (like let’s say...Pabu pees all over Mako’s favourite scarf). Mako gets pissed. He and Bolin get into a small argument with Mako yelling at Bolin that he is tired of the fire ferret and Bolin, in Pabu’s defense, implying that Mako doesn’t even give the ferret a chance since the only one who plays with Pabu is Bolin. Mako retorts by saying something like Pabu doesn’t like him or anyone for that matter but this is shown to be unjust when Pabu immediately takes a liking to Korra which only serves to further annoy Mako.
- Episode 3 is also where the Mako visiting Korra scene is from. Mako comes to see Korra in order to seek her help. Problem: Pabu is missing. Since Bolin has been complaining that Mako doesn’t spend time with the ferret, Mako takes him out for a walk in order to sort of bond with it but while out, Mako loses Pabu and couldn’t find him. So Mako, not knowing anyone else to turn to (certainly not Bolin, because he didn’t want to upset his brother and especially not admit the embarrassing news that he lost Pabu) goes to Korra to help him find Pabu.
- That scene then leads to them riding together and the rest is self explanatory---meaning ALOT OF MAKORRA ACTION!! Aww yeah
I would write more but my fingers are killing me from typing and it’s late where I live XD

Also on another note, my fellow Makorrians, EPISODE 3 IS OUR EPISODE. An entire EPISODE full of Makorra shots. U can't get any better than that.
